The terms on which Dua supplies licensed trade buyers.

Who may buy
Dua sells only to businesses that are licensed to sell or serve tobacco products and can provide a valid GSTIN. Accounts are opened in the name of Dua Trading Pvt. Ltd., GSTIN GSTIN.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order we cannot fulfil or that falls outside our service area.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted per account by slab and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Payment terms are payment terms; overdue amounts may attract interest at interest rate.
Delivery
Delivery windows are indicative and confirmed per town. Risk passes on delivery to your stated address.
Claims
Shortages or damage must be reported within claim window of delivery, with the invoice number and photographs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at jurisdiction city.
